ACCELERATED READER PROGRAM

Accelerated Reader is a nationwide reading program that tracks and monitors students reading progress. Every quarter, students at James A. Forrest have AR Goals. Goals are determined by their Zone of Proximal Development, which is determined by a Star Reading Placement Test. These tests are taken before the start of each quarter to determine the students reading level.
